With a host of chefs who can hold their own with any other, it's no wonder that the catering division of Texas West BBQ is called upon to service everyone from heads of state, to heads of households.

Please be aware that our meats (especially chicken) have a pink hue to them. This is merely a characteristic of the slow wood cooking precess... The sign of TRUE Q! You can be assured that we have cooked all meats up to the proper temperature.
